Importance of Translating Movies into ISL
Many movies today are thoughtfully translated into various languages such as Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, English etc. ensuring that diverse audiences can connect with the stories being told. However, amidst this inclusivity, there is one language that often goes unnoticed and underrepresented i.e. Indian Sign language. Despite its immense importance, Sign Language translation is often overlooked, denying the Deaf Community the same access and enjoyment of movies. It's time to recognize that Sign Language holds equal significance as any other language and deserves the same attention and respect. Let's bridge this gap, embrace sign language translation, and ensure that the magic of movies reaches every heart, including those who communicate through Signs!
